Taking the first step is often the most difficult part about seeking help. Counseling/therapy can be challenging and difficult for some and Guiding Steps understands that each client's journey is unique. We strive to guide clients through their journey of behavioral and mental health treatment by building rapport and meeting each client where they currently are in their life.
Guiding Steps does not offer 24/7, emergency, or crisis services. Please, go to your local emegency room or dial 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline if you are in an emergency or need crisis services.
